Timberline Hydeaway is stunning, bright, open top floor corner unit loft penthouse with ~25ft ceilings and the most incredible views from every direction!

NOTE: The new loft wall installation, mud room buildout and enhanced decor, design and lighting has been installed with professional photography coming next week. Its going to look amazing.

Neighborhood

Timberline Hydeaway is ideally located just minutes from downtown Canmore and approximately 20 minutes from Banff National Park. You are close to hiking and biking trails, lakes, golf courses, and world-class skiing. The Legacy Trail is nearby, offering a scenic route right toward Banff.

Good to Know
• Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am
• The unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized after every stay
• Your Guest guide included with local tips, dining recommendations, and trail suggestions. We also provide customized reservations - just reach out in advance or during your stay.
• Hosts are easily reachable before and during your stay, 24/7 by app messaging, email or phone.

Important Items to Note:
* Trains do pass through the Bow Valley and in front of Ascent, which is part of the authentic mountain town experience. You will hear the trains pass but the building is well insulated and it typically does not bother our guests!
* Construction is ongoing in the area but is restricted to 7:30-4:30 weekdays and is typically a non-event but from time to time guests may hear heavy equipment operating.
* Amenities are managed by the building and may occasionally be closed for maintenance. We always communicate updates when we are made aware, however last minute closures are outside our control.
* IMPORTANT: Each unit at Ascent includes one dedicated parking stall. The building also has a limited number of visitor stalls (shared across the building) that are first come, first served and often fill quickly, so Hydeaway Stay cannot guarantee parking for additional vehicles. Guests arriving with a second or third vehicle during busy times should expect to park additional vehicles offsite, which may not be within easy walking distance.
