Guest Questions

Pets Are Not Permitted At Hydeaway Stay Properties. 

Service Canines: Hydeaway Stay will only permit accredited/licensed canines for service work as per The Service Dogs Act and Blind Persons’ Rights Act of Alberta. 

Emotional support animals: Emotional support animals do not qualify at this time under law and are not permitted in a Hydeaway Property. 

Unauthorized animals in a property: If evidence of an unauthorized animal is discovered, guests will be subject to a fine of $500.

Yes, Hydeaway Stay is committed to maximizing your revenues and in order to achieve that goal we heavily promote direct booking to all our guests as this is the best way for them to save money and for you as an owner to not pay commissions. Of course, for the best “billboard effect”, we use all the major online travel agents. This helps us cast the widest net possible for potential guests, while not being solely dependent on giants like Airbnb.

Yes. Our in-house design team will help you every step of the way. If you want to make the most of your property investment, we highly recommend staying on top of the latest trends so that your property will outshine all the competition. It’s all about comfort, functionality, and providing an inviting environment for guests to enjoy their trip to the Rockies and Canmore.

Yes, you can absolutely manage a property by yourself and many do so quite successfully, but it is not all sunshine and roses. Things can, and do, go wrong leading to sleepless nights, costly repairs, poor reviews, and more. We have professional experience in hotels at all levels and departments and understand revenue generation, risk management, and guest services intimately. We believe ownership should be fun and profitable for you and that’s why we handle everything so you can get on with the more important things in your life.
