Eclectic fusion dishes in a relaxed, modern room. Bold flavours and long-time local favourite. Probably the most consistent high end experience in town, with a relaxing, bright atmosphere. Some of the best dishes we've ever tried anywhere have been here.

The authors personal favorite place in Canmore Wagashi Tea House is a tranquil Japanese-inspired lunch spot inside Bow Valley Garden Centre. One of the most unique dining locations you'll ever experience. With perfect views of the Three Sisters as well! Bento boxes, poke, onigiri, and matcha soft serve. Don't forget to take home a seafood chowder for later from their fresh & frozen market of high end seafood.
